we revoke the right offered to the company

SC ALISTPROPERTIES SRL, registered at the Romanian Trade Registry under no. J23/3533/1.09.2016, CIF 36482369, with headquarters in Str 23 August, nr 18, bl P33, sc 1, et 1, ap 5, Otopeni, Ilfov, Postal code 075100, Romania

to be to be authorised importer and distributor with the rights to sell the product "Nasal Aspirator"

(identified as model and design with EUIPO registration number 008869820-0001) on the Romanian

market.

We also declare that we have never supplied products to SC ALISTPROPERTIES SRL.

We declare the act contained in Annex I null and void.

At the same time we certify that the company

SC MEDILOGIC CHEMICAL CENTER SRL, registered at the Romanian Trade Registry under no.

J40/14966/2020, CIF RO43302053, with headquarters in Strada Baba Novac No. 2, Mun. Bucharest, Sector

3, Romania as the sole importer, authorized distributor and representative with exclusive rights to sell the

product on the Romanian market and at the same time we empower them with full rights to protect the

interests of our company in terms of property rights intellectual property related to the product from the

nasal aspirators category and identified as model and design with registration number 008869820-0001,

model and design registered at the level of the European Union.
